I have an allergic reaction which I do not know what triggers it. First time it occurs when I was 18, after I had a massive sweating of cleaning up my room. It suddenly came out erupted with swelling, redness and intense itching. I was diagnosed back then and the doctor even could not tell what went wrong. They called it 'urticaria' but mine is accute urticaria. It took approximately 6 months for the allergic to be passive.
In 2003, 2 years after that, suddenly it recurring. No more massive sweating but it recurred. My mom said it probably active because I'm pressured. Indeed. The same year that I got news from home telling that my grandma was sick. The exact cause is remain unknown and the doctor said mine have turned to chronic urticaria. It could be recurring..anytime soon. It pressured me more because I don't know what triggers it. Last time was due to massive sweating, probably because of heat. What I can do is take the medicine regularly until it stops. So, it stops. This time I could not remember how long it takes to stop.
Now, present, 2005 it comes out again. I guess it's a shout out party to me. "Hey, I'm back! Your worst nightmare. I'll make you itchy. Hahaha". After taking a shower it came. And then when I stay longer in air conditioner room it came. Now, I may have 2 kinds of urticaria. Aquagenic urticaria and Cold urticaria. Damn, it's distractive! I wonder what the doctor will say this time. But what I can do now is act like nothing happen and take the medicine regularly as if it will stop. Everything has an end and I hope it will end soon.
If you touch me you won't be infected. But seeing is sufficient enough to make people staring weirdly and avoiding me. That's okay, I'm getting used to it. For more information, http://www.urticaria.com.
